This will now be my birthday meal for the rest of my life and my last meal of I am ever on death row. Clay took me to Johnny Carinos in Idaho Falls on our fist date and we got Italian Nachos. They are the reason he got a second date because they are amazing! So for my birthday dinner we set out to make them and wow! We got too much of everything so we ended up making them all week long but I still love them so I want to share them with all of you.Italian Nachos
Cut wanton wrappers in half and fry them in oil for the chips. (It doesn't take very long so pull them out before you think they are done.) Lay those down and add your favorite Alfredo sauce. (We got some to go from Olive Garden.) Cook and slice chicken with your favorite seasoning. Add toppings: olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, pepperchinis, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Broil in the oven until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
Our little girl is three months now and it has flown by. She loves to chew on her fists constantly and loves to talk and smile at anyone. Gotta love the cheeks!
I think this is only the third time Cade has held Paige since she was born. It's amazing how hard it is to get both of them to hold still. You know these two will be getting into all kinds of trouble together very soon!
We beat San Diego State on Saturday because of this snowman. We woke up to snow and decided to build this instead of doing Saturday jobs. We wanted to make Jimmer but I don't think we could capture his awesomeness in snow. Hopefully we win tonight and we are looking forward to the tournament. Go Cougars!
